Speaking of Halos! The Best Secret about Halos, are their variety. This icon is interesting, I do not think I have ever seen a halo that includes several people at once. The idea is intriguing. Our consciousness is changing and hopefully we are coming to realize nothing is isolated or separate or alone. Saints are made in communion. We are called to make each other better people. If iconography depicts theological ideas here is a new rendition. What do you guys think?

At the last supper not everyone gets a halo! The composition is curious this way. It raises an important question; Is it the halo that makes the saint or the quality of soul acting in the world. Noticed or un-noticed there are plenty of saints around God’s table.

This one is just the halo and the character seems to have left… love it. Halos can be Gold, silver, tooled, engraved, Pewter, painted, or faded. The idea of a halo is to highlight the mind, our 5 senses. The complete circumference includes, eyes, ears, throat, nose, mouth and the top of the heart in the chest. It might include words or a design. In any event, its value is unique and a powerful reminder of the divine.
