1. Live your own life.

3. There is only today this moment.

4. We own Nothing
Everything in life is fleeting and impermanent. Leaving this physical world, we take nothing with us. We leave everything behind us, including our own bodies.

Who you are is already enough, internally and externally. Deep within you is a surplus of courage, wisdom and strength yet to be experienced.

6. Born is a verb
We say we were born, do not stop there in the past tense but live every day.

7. There is no understandable unchangeable you.
Worrying about what other people think of you and adjusting your life based on their opinions is a recipe for stress, unhappiness, confusion and misery.

9. Be alone and content in your own company

10. Do not confuse doing with being.
Continue to do things, work and create environments and situations, but you are not these activities or their results. Your self worth is not what you do, or how hard you work or how good you are. Balance yourself by stepping back and see the wake you leave as you plow through life.
