If you can have an interior dialogue about your love of Christ, then you will understand why I did the Art Installation for Peace.
There has been so much Dialogue between denominations; Lutherans, Episcopal and Catholic. Smaller denominations of Baptists, Congregationalists and Christian Science have had other debates and concerns which exhausted their patience and stamina for resolve. Conversations and extensive deliberation boil over as we explore possibilities for ecumenical union between denominations. What does each group have to give up to arrive at inclusiveness rather than best, better or right?
Healing our spiritual selves
Healing our spiritual selves, in our families, communities, nations, and religions is found in new knowing. In particular, we each have access to spiritual healing when we reflect on new ways to integrate new horizons and collective thinking. Ask yourself what makes us the same rather than different? Ancient guidelines for human behavior around the world have the potential to nourish a more peaceful world. In today’s era, we are inter-dependent on the well-being of all nations, how we think and behave.
Focused Mind open Heart
If each of us focuses on peace, everyone’s intentions, desires and actions will affect the well-being of the many. Setting our desire for Peace on Earth will transform our rituals and sacraments into inclusive and comprehensive moments of awareness. Believe that one day there will be no more oppression, injury, torture, or killing of other human beings. Individually we each contribute, through our daily life style, in what we do, say and think. We are all made in the image of God.
